As I write my last blog for TICF Summer Internship, I am amazed at how fast this summer internship went. Time flies when you are learning new skills, working on different projects, and having fun! During this internship, I learned valuable skills and made unforgettable memories with incredible people that I will take on my next journey.

As I process my experience here at TICF, the biggest takeaway I learned is the importance of working for an organization that firmly believes in its core values and cares for its employees. TICF not only strives for continuous improvement upholding the Kaizen belief, but they also make sure their associates have all the help, tools, and encouragement needed to be successful. Which, in my opinion, are valuable qualities a savvy student should be looking for as they begin their career search.

With summer almost over, the fall semester begins soon.  I am eager to start my last semester at Eastern New Mexico University. With only three classes left until graduation, I look forward to receiving my diploma in front of my family and friends. It is a day that felt so far away when I first started college.

I want to thank Toyota Industries Commercial Finance for this amazing internship experience. This will be a memorable summer that I will take with me as I further my career. I would also like to thank the marketing team, for showing me best practices and teaching me tools to increase my communications and marketing skills.
