Who We Are
Based in Coppell, TX, Toyota Industries Commercial Finance (TICF) has over 250 Associates and is a leading provider of financing solutions for Toyota Forklifts, Hino Trucks, and Toyota Advanced Logistics. Our vision at TICF is to be the most trusted and sought-after financing partner to the transportation, logistics, and material handling eco-system. We do this by engaging the diverse talent and passion of people who are committed to helping carry the load, contribute to society, and strive for continuous improvement.
Purpose
It’s being a purpose driven organization – enabling the movement of goods to do good. This driving purpose cascades through the organization and results in a focus on Associates doing good, partners doing good, and doing good in our community.
Work Environment
It’s more than just work – it’s a feeling of a second home where everyone is willing to help you. Within our walls, we talk, we laugh, we have disagreements, we collaborate, we challenge each other to be better, we support one another, and we celebrate together. It’s a small company feel where you know the leadership and they know you.
Stability
It’s a feeling of security – during good times and bad, knowing that the company is financially stable and backed by the trusted global Toyota brand. It’s feeling calm when other companies are laying off knowing that so long as you bring your best each day, Toyota is in it for the long haul.
connections
It’s feeling connected to the place you work and the people you work with. It’s about feeling welcomed, valued, respected and heard within the organization – knowing you are more than just a number. It’s monthly events celebrating our diverse workforce, learning about the customs and practices of other cultures, what’s important to your coworkers and joining in their celebrations. It’s a warm, friendly culture that has strong core values tied to the Toyota foundation of Respect for People.
Community
It’s more than just what happens within the walls of our office. We are all part of the local communities, and we look to give back both with our time and our resources in support of our parent company’s 2030 vision to “make the earth a better place to live, enrich lifestyles, and promote a compassionate society.” We work to build community both within and outside of TICF for our Associates.
Well Being
It’s providing our Associates benefits and perks that are simply the best – in any industry. It’s investing in you, through embracing flexible work schedules, ongoing training and development, and career pathing because we can only take care of our customers if we first take care of ourselves.
Grow & Develop
It’s being part of an organization that is committed to furthering the development of it’s Associates and Managers through both internal and external training opportunities.
