Congratulations to Alex Kormos, Dealer Financial Services Operations Supervisor, for being named the Toyota Industries Commercial Finance (TICF) FY2024 Beyond the Transaction Associate of the Year.  

Alex shared the impact of winning the FY2024 Beyond the Transaction Associate of the Year, “this means that my hard work, dedication, and contributions to the organization have been recognized and valued. However, I would not be where I am without the support of my Team! I am honored to work with such an amazing group of individuals and leaders.”

Alex Kormos joined TICF as an Audit Analyst in 2021. She was promoted to supervisor 15 months ago and has since built a quality team that trusts and responds to her leadership. Alex demonstrates an excellent work ethic and values as she strives for operational efficiency and treats her team with respect and generosity. She is dedicated to serving her team and exceeding customer expectations by providing top-notch service to dealers, significantly reducing ticket resolution time, and maintaining impressive portfolio growth. Alex embodies the company’s vision of being a trusted partner by going beyond transactions and continuously improving processes.  

Some of Alex’s top achievements include developing an excellent team, vastly improving audit processes, reducing resolution time in Freshdesk, facilitating same-day docs and funding for loans, and supporting departmental collaboration and understanding of data. Her colleagues praise her positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive projects to the next level. Alex fosters a warm and supportive atmosphere within her team, embodying TICF’s core values of kindness and generosity. Her leadership has led to notable improvements across various department aspects and embodies the company’s Purpose, Values, Mission, and Vision.  

 

Alex goes Beyond the Transaction when it comes to dealing with customers and dealers and how she cultivates a warm, homelike atmosphere at TICF. She is admired for her ability to drive projects and ideas to the next level and ensure that the company is reaching for the most impactful ways to connect associates and create collaboration. She has an upbeat, bright outlook and exudes positivity in all she does.”

At the end of each fiscal year, Associates have the opportunity to nominate an individual for the Beyond the Transaction Associate of the Year and a project for the Beyond the Transaction Project of the Year. These awards are a testament to our commitment to acknowledge the outstanding efforts, creativity, and dedication that extend beyond conventional expectations.
